AJKA is governed by an elected body that meets quarterly to review programme performance, approve budgets and oversee statutory compliance. Day-to-day delivery is led by a programme team based in Jharsuguda.

Governing body
The governing body carries legal and fiduciary responsibility for AJKA. It meets quarterly, approves the annual budget and audited accounts, and oversees compliance with FCRA and Income Tax obligations.

Programme leadership
Our chief executive, programme managers and finance lead are based in Jharsuguda and in the field, and run AJKA's projects day to day.

Oversees project planning, community engagement and field execution, combining a grounding in social dynamics with policy.
