Raising a concern or complaint
If you have a concern about the conduct of any member of AJKA staff, a volunteer, or a partner organisation — including anything relating to the safety of a child — please tell us. Write to info@ajkaodisha.org with “Complaint” in the subject line, or call the office on +91 6645 254173.
Complaints are handled under our Whistleblower and Grievance Redressal policy. They are treated confidentially, acknowledged within seven working days, and you may raise one anonymously. Concerns about the safety of a child are escalated immediately under our Child Protection Policy.
