1. About these terms

This website is operated by Anchalik Jana Kalyan Anusthan ("AJKA"), a society registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, with its registered office at At — Sukulpali, Po — Machida, Via — Panchgaon, PS — Rengali, Jharsuguda, Odisha – 768226. By using this site you accept these terms.

2. Use of the site

You may read, print and share the content here for personal or non-commercial use. You may not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or any connected system;
• reproduce substantial portions of the content commercially without our written permission;
• use our name, logo or photographs in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation we have not given.

3. Accuracy of information

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we provide it "as is". Programme figures, project descriptions and statistics are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication and may change as programmes progress. For figures you intend to rely on — in a grant application, an audit or a due-diligence exercise — please refer to our published annual report or ask us directly.

4. Donations

• Donations are voluntary and, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, are applied at AJKA's discretion to its charitable objects.
• Where you specify a programme area, we will apply your donation to that area subject to operational need.
• Donations from Indian taxpayers are eligible for deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to the conditions of that section. We are not able to give tax advice.
• A valid PAN is required for us to issue an 80G receipt and to report the donation in our annual Form 10BD filing.
• Foreign contributions may be received only into our designated FCRA account, as required by the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act.
• Donations are generally non-refundable. If you have made a payment in error, contact us promptly and we will consider the circumstances in good faith.

5. Intellectual property

Content on this site, including all photographs, is owned by AJKA or used with permission. Please do not reproduce it without asking us first.

6. External links

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AJKA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jharsuguda, Odisha have jurisdiction over any dispute.
