We discuss your thematic priorities, geography, budget range and reporting requirements, and how we can go ahead.

Proposal & budget
A written proposal with objectives, activities, a measurable outcome framework, timeline and line-item budget — in your template.

Due diligence
We provide registration certificates, audited accounts, policies and references, and welcome a field visit before any commitment is made.

Agreement & baseline
MoU signed, and a baseline survey completed before implementation begins so that end-line results mean something.

Implementation & reporting
Quarterly narrative and financial reporting, an annual utilisation certificate, and a standing invitation to verify in the field.

Supports the Integrated Village Development Programme (IVDP) and environmental initiatives, including agroforestry and mangrove ecosystem conservation across Odisha and West Bengal.
InstitutionalNABARD
Supports the Micro Watershed Development Programme, including the Jharan Watershed and Girigobardhan Project, focusing on groundwater recharge, soil and water conservation, climate-resilient agriculture and sustainable livelihoods.

Supports the VIDYA Project in Hemgir and Lakhanpur, strengthening quality education in rural Government schools through additional teachers, remedial education and improved teaching-learning support.

Funds institution-building, capacity-building and facilitation under the Agriculture Production Cluster (APC) Programme, supporting sustainable and market-linked livelihoods for smallholder farmers.

Works with AJKA on agricultural development initiatives, including Mechanized Direct Seeded Rice (DSR). AJKA serves as the facilitating agency for DSR, supporting farmer mobilisation, training, mechanised sowing and field-level implementation.
