We particularly look for grassroots orientation, community engagement skills, problem-solving ability, adaptability, teamwork, professional integrity and a willingness to work in rural and field-based environments. Prior experience in the NGO or development sector, and exposure to AJKA’s thematic areas, will be an advantage for relevant positions.
